Engagement and Services: By engaging with Deepak Rao & Co for our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We will provide you with professional accounting, tax, and financial services in accordance with the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide to us to the extent required by law and professional standards. We will not disclose your confidential information without your explicit consent unless required by law.

Professional Conduct: Our firm is committed to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. We will act diligently, honestly, and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Fees and Payment: You agree to pay the fees as outlined in the engagement letter or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation: There is no cancellation policy for our services. However, we will work with you to address any concerns or modifications to the scope of work in a reasonable and mutually agreeable manner.

Ownership of Work Product: Any reports, documents, or work product generated as part of our services will remain the property of Deepak Rao & Co until full payment is received. Upon payment, you will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the work product for your intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for those services. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Amendments: We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will become effective upon your continued engagement of our services.

Pricing of our services will be in the range of Rs 5000 to Rs 1 crore per annum
